Inspired by a cool 1960s real estate development brochure given to me when we purchased our lovely Forest Knolls home from the original owner. This Rose Construction Company Carriage Park West brochure has three house styles to choose from and is full of descriptions like “Monument to an era of gracious living”, “…these dramatic features”, “Inviting vinyl foyer entrance”, and “Biggest full basement you ever saw” that sound funny today given how the standards for home construction in our area have changed over the years. I think the charming quality of the homes and the vintage feel of the brochure has been preserved in my reproduction. If you live in one of these houses, this handsome poster will certainly add a bit of nostalgia to your wall décor.
