Art, Music, Food and Fun – First Fridays at Community Forklift

I’m one of the participating artists. I’ll have original paintings, matted prints and note cards just in time for Mother’s Day. Come on out this Friday to Community Forklift in Edmonston/Hyattsville, MD for art, music, local brews and fun!

Friday May 6th, 6-8pm

Calamity Row will rock the warehouse with their own unique brand of “Death-Twang”, influenced by everything from Gillian Welch to Motörhead. Local artists Michelle Bailey, Pete Pichaske, and Michelle Elizabeth will offer paintings, photography, & hand-made candles. And don’t miss out on the grub! County Manners food truck will have good ol’ Southern Maryland fair food with a twist, and Town Center Market will offer craft beers & wine at their pop-up bar.

When: First Friday of every month, 6pm-8pm
Where: Community Forklift – 4671 Tanglewood Drive, Edmonston, MD 20781
Just 5 minutes outside DC, in the Hyattsville area
Cost: Free at attend and open to the public. Feel free to bring cash for food, drinks, and art purchases!
